摘  要:高扬程输水管线系统在电力工程取水系统应用中逐步增多。当升压泵发生事故停泵时,如果没有合理可靠的水锤防护措施,产生的停泵水锤会对输水管线造成破坏性影响。本文结合贵州某电厂输水工程案例,利用水锤分析软件对输水管线进行停泵水锤分析计算,比较各种防护措施对系统的影响,提出两阶段关阀程序、气压罐与注气微排阀相结合的组合水锤防护措施。In recent years,the application of high lift water transmission pipeline in power system is increasing significantly.If there is no reasonable and reliable water hammer protection for pumping accidents,water transmission pipeline is likely to occur destructive water hammer incidents.Based on the example of water transmission project in a power plant of Guizhou province,pump-stopping water hammer effects on water transmission pipeline are analyzed by water hammer analysis software and effects of various protective measures are also compared in this paper.Then a kind of water hammer protection measure is proposed which combining two-phase valve shut-off procedure,air pressure tank and gas injection micro-drain valve.The results in this paper can provide reference for the design of similar high lift water transmission pipeline projects.
