细集料对自密实混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响研究

摘  要:细集料的品质稳定性直接影响着自密实混凝土的填充性和力学性能,本文以河砂为研究对象,重点研究细度模数、含泥量和砂率的波动对自密实混凝土工作性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,河砂细度模数、含泥量和砂率的波动对自密实混凝土的工作性能有显著影响,当河砂细度模数控制在2.4~2.9、含泥量控制在小于1.5%、砂率控制在47%~52%范围内时,自密实混凝土工作性能和力学性能良好,能够满足设计及现场施工要求。The stability of sand directly affects the filling performance and mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete.In this paper,the effects of fineness modulus and sand ratio on the workability and mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete were studied.The results show that the values of fineness modulus,mud content and sand percentage of river sand have significant effects on the fluidity and filling of self-compacting concrete.When the fineness modulus is between 2.4 and 2.9,the mud content of sand is less than 1.5%,and the sand percentage is between 47%and 52%,the working performance and mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete are the best,meeting the design and on-site construction requirements.
