摘 要:齿轮磷化是齿轮常用的一种表面处理方式。某型变速器磷化后齿轮在极限性能试验及耐久试验过程中发生了齿轮轮齿折断及齿面剥落的失效现象。通过宏观及微观形貌测试,发现齿面有直径50μm以上,深度50μm左右的凹坑;通过工厂现场调查及后续试验分析,确定是齿轮流转过程中发生锈蚀导致齿面凹坑,继而在磷化过程中保留凹坑,最终导致齿轮试验中失效。Gear phosphating is a commonly used surface treatment for gears.The failure phenomenon of gear tooth breaking and tooth surface peeling occurred during the ultimate performance test and durability test of a certain type of transmission after phosphating.Through macroand micro morphology test,it was found that the tooth surface has pits with a diameter of above 50 μm and depth of 50 μm.Through on-site investigation and subsequent experimental analysis in the factory,it was determined that corrosion occurred during the gear transferring process,and pitting on the tooth surface,which were then retained during the phosphating process,and ultimately leaded to failure in the gear test.
