摘　　要：儿童特异性皮炎是3岁以内婴幼儿常见的皮肤疾病,其反复发作的瘙痒和皮损影响患儿生活质量。为进一步加强儿童特应性皮炎中医干预的临床运用和推广,上海市中医药学会儿科专业委员会及上海中医药大学附属曙光医院牵头制定了该共识,意在为中医儿科相关从业人员提供指导,更好地为广大患儿提供帮助。Atopic dermatitis in children is a common skin disease in infants and young children under the age of 3.Its recurrent itching and skin lesions affect the quality of life of the children.In order to further strengthen the clinical application and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in children with atopic dermatitis,the Pediatric Committee of Shanghai Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine have taken the lead in formulating this consensus,aiming to provide guidance for practitioners in traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics and better assist children.
