摘　　要：中医认识生命首先从《黄帝内经》阴阳气化理论开始。阳化气,阴成形,形气一体。阴为体,阳为用,体阴用阳。阴阳运化五行,五行化生六气,以脏腑为容器,以气血精津液为原料,在阴阳气化中完成生命周期。肿瘤寄生于人体,静凝而积聚有形,属阴;侵袭转移及剽悍霸道之性属阳,故肿瘤体阴而用阳,有自身特殊的阴阳气化系统。恢复人体气化之常态、调整肿瘤气化之病态是治疗肿瘤的最终目的。辨清机体与瘤体的阴阳气化状态,采用调气解毒之法论治肿瘤。调气:调阴阳之气化;解毒:解阴阳之形毒。文章基于此,探讨《黄帝内经》“阴阳气化”理论,探讨并阐释“肿瘤阴阳气化”模型(态)下的调气解毒法的学术内涵,最后简述其在肿瘤临证辨治中的应用。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) understands life starting from the theory of yin and yang qi transformation in the Huangdi Neijing.Yang transforms into qi,yin forms substance,and form and qi are inseparable.Yin constitutes the body,yang serves as its function,with the body being yin and the function being yang.The interplay of yin and yang transforms into the five elements,generating the six qi.Utilizing organs as containers and qi,blood,essence,and fluids as raw materials,the life cycle is completed within the framework of yin and yang qi transformation.Tumors parasitize the human body,statically accumulating into a tangible form(yin) while exhibiting invasive and aggressive traits(yang).Hence,tumors have their unique yin and yang qi transformation system.Restoring the normal qi transformation of the human body and adjusting the pathological qi transformation of tumors constitute the ultimate goal of tumor treatment.Distinguishing the yin and yang qi transformation states of the organism and tumor,this article explores the TCM approach to treating tumors through qi regulation and detoxification.Qi regulation involves adjusting the transformation of yin and yang qi,while detoxification entails resolving the form and substance toxins of yin and yang.Based on this,the article delves into the academic implications of the qi regulation and detoxification method under the model of ‘tumor yin and yang qi transformation' according to the Huangdi Neijing.Finally,it briefly outlines its application in the clinical differentiation and treatment of tumors.
