摘 要:目的:采用熵权法和灰色关联度法评价不同产地三七药材质量。方法:测定云南、贵州、广西、四川产地的16批次三七中浸出物、总黄酮、总多糖、三七总皂苷和5种三七皂苷的含量,以熵权法所得权重作为分辨系数(ρ),采用灰色关联度法构建三七质量评价模型。结果:各产地样品均符合2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》标准,三七产区扩增具有科学性;综合评价结果显示相对关联度范围在0.286~0.645之间,质量呈现传统产区优于新产区的趋势。结论:熵权法结合灰色关联度法建立的评价模型可靠性强,可为三七药材质量控制及资源开发提供参考。Objective:To evaluate the quality of Panax Notoginseng(Burk.) F.H.Chen from different producing areas by entropy weight and grey incidence degree method.Methods:The contents of extracts,total flavonoids,total polysaccharides,total saponins and five kinds of saponins in 16 batches from Yunnan,Guizhou,Guangxi and Sichuan were determined.The weight obtained by entropy weight method was used as the resolution coefficient(ρ),The quality evaluation model was established by using grey incidence degree method.Results:The samples from all producing areas were in conformity with the standard of 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the amplification producing areas was scientific.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the relative correlation degree ranged from 0.286 to 0.645,and the quality showed a trend of traditional production areas>new production areas.Conclusion:The evaluation model established by entropy weight method combined with grey incidence degree method is reliable and can provide reference for the quality control and resource development of Panax Notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen.
