摘　　要：结直肠癌恶性度高,生存率低,中医药在转移后期及术后的辅助治疗中多起主导作用,不仅有效延长患者生存时间,还可提高患者生活质量。唐德才教授基于《黄帝内经》“传舍”理论及临床经验,提出治疗结直肠癌转移四法,即重调脾胃、补气为先,调节情志、活血为纲,引药归经、解毒为使,清下焦湿热、肠胃兼顾,合以“补泻兼施、收散相宜、气血共调、正邪兼顾”之“四则”,以直捣病位,破除瘀血癌毒,恢复大肠传导功能,在联合放化疗药物治疗时达到抗敏、增效、减毒、预防转移、改善症状之效。在多年临证治疗结直肠癌转移屡获奇验。Colorectal cancer(CRC) has a high degree of malignancy and low survival rate.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) play a important role in the last stage of CRC metastasis and postoperative adjuvant therapy,which not only prolongs the survival time of patients,but also improves the quality of their life.Based on the theory of ‘Chuan She' from Huangdi Neijing and experience of clinical,professor TANG summarized the application of TCM in the treatment of CRC,we think on the treatment should be readjust the spleen and stomach,invigorate qi first;regulating emotion,activating blood as the key;guiding herb ingredients to twelve regular channels,alleviating heat and toxic materials;clear damp and heat in lower jiao;taking into account the stomach and intestines in herbs prescription,‘both tonifying and purgation,both astring and dispersing,regulating qi and blood together,and strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens'.In order to delivery of drugs to the lesion,reduce the blood metastasis of cancer,restore the conduction function of the digestive system,and achieve the effect of anti-allergy,synergy effect,reduction of toxicity,prevention of metastasis and alleviation of symptoms when combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy drugs.In many years of clinical CRC has been stronger effective.
