摘　　要：四川文氏皮外科流派发轫于清代,薪火相传已历经百余年,是我国当代中医皮肤科界重要的学派之一。四川文氏皮外科流派医家注重理论的继承与创新,临证治疗慢性皮肤溃疡有独到的用药经验:腐肉烂筋先提脓,创面晦暗须化瘀,溃疡辨治重药象,杀虫解毒疗顽疮,固本健脾贯始终。同时文氏皮外科流派重视内外并治。内治方面,创立补血解毒汤、黄芪丸、清解散瘀汤、解毒济生汤、升降逍遥散等特色用方;外治方面,治以三仙丹、红升丹、白降丹、九一丹、七星丹等丹药制剂,皮粘散、生肌散、药捻散、拔毒散、愈肤散等散剂,以及红油膏、顽疮粉等特色外用散法,每获佳效。Sichuan WENs' dermatological surgery school started in the Qing dynasty and passed down from generation to generation for more than 100 years.It is one of the most important schools of dermatology of Chinese medicine.Sichuan WENs' dermatological surgery surgeons pay attention to the inheritance and innovation of theories,and have unique experience in treating chronic skin ulcer with clinical symptoms:The pus should be lifted first when there are rotting flesh and tendons;The blood stasis must be removed when the wound is dark;Medicinal state should be focused on when ulcer differentiating and treating;Insecticidal and detoxifying treatment of intractable sores;Strengthening spleen throughout the course of the disease.Sichuan WENs' dermatological surgery school attaches great importance to internal and external governance.In the aspect of internal treatment,it created the characteristic prescriptions of Buxue Jiedu Decoction,Huangqi Pills,Qingjie Sanyu Decoction,Jiedu Jisheng Decoction,Shengjiang Xiaoyao Powder,etc..In the aspect of external treatment,Three Xian Dan,Red Sheng Dan,White Jiang Dan,Jiuyi Dan,Seven Star Dan and other dan preparations,Skin Sticky Powder,Shengji Powder,Yaonian Powder,Badu Powder,Yufu Powder and other special external treatment methods,such as Red Oil Paste and Stubborn Sore Powder,have achieved good results.
