色坎库尔蜜膏对类风湿性关节炎不同致病异常体液质型的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察色坎库尔蜜膏治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年4月—2019年12月于新疆维吾尔自治区维吾尔医医院就诊的195例RA患者。在RA诊疗方案的基础上给予色坎库尔蜜膏治疗,10 g/次口服,每日两次,观察治疗前后血液指标和临床观察量化指标的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后C-反应蛋白、血沉、类风湿因子、抗CCP,以及临床观察量化指标显著改善(P<0.01)。结论:色坎库尔蜜膏治疗RA效果较佳,其机制是调节机体免疫反应控制炎症相关因子水平从而降低骨质破坏发生和发展。Objective:To observe of the clinical effects of Sekankul Ointment on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of 195 RA patients who visited Xinjiang Uyghur Medical Hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected,who were treated with Sekankul Ointment of 10 g one time orally,twice a day on the basis of the diagnosis and treatment plan of Uighur medicine for RA.The serum indexs and clinical quantitative indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results:Compared with before the treatment,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid factor,anti-CCP antibody and each clinical quantitative index were signifcantly improved after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Sekankul Ointment has a better therapeutic effect on Astringent Balgam RA.Sekankul Ointment reduces the occurrence and development of bone destruction by regulating the immune response of the body and controlling the levels of inflammation related factors.
