摘  要:核电安全理念、要求和方法是随着核能的发展而逐步建立的,并且会随着新的挑战而不断发展下去。目前的核安全方法主要由确定论安全方法和概率论安全方法构成。确定论安全方法是针对特定堆型和系统的处方式的方法,而后续发展起来的概率论安全方法则是一套系统化的方法。近年来,概率论安全方法已得到越来越广泛的应用,极大地改变了人们看待核安全问题的方式,是未来重要的发展方向。Nuclear power safety concepts,requirements and methods are gradually established with the development of nuclear energy and will continue to evolve with new challenges.The current approach to nuclear security consists mainly of deterministic and probabilistic methods,both of which were developed primarily by Americans and widely accepted internationally.The deterministic method is a method for specific reactors and systems,while the subsequent development of probability theory method is a systematic one.In recent years,the probability theory method has been more and more widely used,which has greatly changed the way that people regard nuclear safety issues,and is an important development direction in the future.
