摘　　要：Few concepts in the existing legal discourse are as complex as the presumption,especially after years of research,which has yet to gain a clear picture.Presumption is one of the jewels in the field of evidence law research,and it is inextricably linked to the burden of proof(another jewel),making its conceptualization exceptionally difficult.Moreover,this difficulty exists in countries with different legal jurisdictions,and it is an international issue.
