摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议是中国主动应对全球形势、统筹国际国内大局做出的重大战略决策。“一带一路”倡议的实施离不开高水平的外语人才做支撑,而西北地区作为共建“一带一路”倡议实施的前沿地区,须抓住时代机遇,积极应对,针对共建“一带一路”倡议实施中高校外语人才培养存在的问题,结合区域社会发展的实际需要,高校应该系统规划高校专业设置,科学开设外语课程,加强教师队伍建设,探索多元培养模式,提升外语人才培养质量,以期更好地为共建“一带一路”服务。The Belt and Road initiatives is a major policy decision made by China to take the initiative to tackle the global situation and to co-ordinate the overall domestic and international situation.The high-quality Belt and Road development cannot be separated from the high-level foreign language talents.Being the frontier of the Belt and Road development,the northwestern part of China should seize the opportunity and respond actively.Aiming at the current situation of the demand for foreign language talents,considering the reality of regional social development,the northwestern region should plan the major setting systematically,offer curriculums scientifically,strengthen the teachers team construction,explore diversified cultivation and improve the quality of foreign language talents to provide better service for the Belt and Road development.
