摘　　要：连锁药房作为基层医疗保健体系的重要组成部分,在保障药品及时供应方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。尤其是在偏远乡镇地区,面对复杂多变的地理环境和不完备的基础设施,连锁药房物流配送的效率与可靠性直接关系到居民的健康和药品的使用安全。然而,传统的物流配送模式往往难以满足这些地区对药品快速、准确供应的需求,导致药品供应链存在断裂风险。这些挑战促使乡镇连锁药房急需寻求创新的物流配送解决方案,优化现有的配送体系,以确保药品在保质保量的前提下,高效、稳定地到达消费者手中。因此,文章通过分析这些挑战,提出乡镇连锁药房的物流配送模式及物流配送模式的优化建议,旨在提升乡镇连锁药房物流配送的效率。Chain pharmacies,as an important component of the grassroots healthcare system,play an indispensable role in ensuring timely drug supply.Especially in remote rural areas,facing complex and ever-changing geographical environments and incomplete infrastructure,the efficiency and reliability of logistics distribution in chain pharmacies are directly related to the health of residents and the safety of drug use.However,traditional logistics distribution modes often struggle to meet the demand for fast and accurate supply of drugs in these regions.This leads to a risk of disruption in the drug supply chain.These challenges prompt township chain pharmacies to seek innovative logistics distribution solutions,optimize existing distribution systems,and ensure that drugs reach consumers efficiently and stably while ensuring quality and quantity.Therefore,this paper analyzes these challenges and proposes logistics distribution modes and optimization suggestions for township chain pharmacies,aiming to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution in township chain pharmacies.
