摘 要:侵彻引信多采用螺纹结构与战斗部连接装配。弹体侵彻目标过程中,作用于弹体的冲击载荷将通过螺纹结构传递给引信,使得引信过载较弹体更为复杂,特别是当弹体高速侵彻多层硬目标时,引信过载信号易产生粘连混叠,针对这一问题,基于螺纹连接刚度理论模型,并根据弹引结构特点及其系统等效模型,以某弹引结构为例,对螺纹结构参数影响引信过载信号粘连的情况进行了分析。结果表明,螺距减少,螺纹连接刚度增加,与引信座与战斗部相比,引信与引信座之间螺距的改变对引信处过载影响更大,引信处螺距的增大有利于降低信号的粘连程度。Penetrative fuzes often use threaded structures for connection and assembly with the warhead.During the process of the projectile penetrating the target,the impact load acting on the projectile will be transmitted to the fuze through the threaded structure,making the overload of the fuze more complex than that of the projectile.Especially when the projectile penetrates multi-layered hard targets at high speed,the overload signal of the fuze is prone to adhesion and overlap.To address this issue,this paper was based on the stiffness theory model of threaded connections and according to the characteristics of the projectile fuze structure and its equivalent system model,taking a certain projectile fuze structure as an example,analyzed the impact of threaded structure parameters on the adhesion of the fuze overload signal.The results showed that the reduction of pitch increased the stiffness of the threaded connection,and compared with the warhead and the fuze seat,the change of pitch between the fuze and the fuze seat had a greater impact on the overload at the fuze.Increasing the pitch at the fuze is beneficial to reduce the degree of signal adhesion.
