摘　　要：圆锥滚子轴承内外滚道标准件角度校准通常是在圆锥滚道正弦仪J703上进行测量,使用过程中发现不同供应商生产的J703仪器测量出的圆锥滚子轴承内外滚道角度偏差存在误差,无法达到使用要求。针对此问题,开展不同厂家生产的两台J703圆锥滚道正弦仪测量圆锥滚道角度的实验,验证正弦仪正弦尺中心距L尺寸精度对测量的影响,进而对J703正弦仪正弦尺长度提出要求,并改进新制造J703仪器进厂验收项目。The calibration of the angle of the inner and outer raceway standard parts of tapered roller bearings is usually measured on the J703 conical raceway sine meter.During use,it was found that there were errors in the angle deviation of the inner and outer raceways of the tapered roller bearings measured by different suppliers of the J703 instrument,which could not meet the requirements of use.In response to this issue,experiments were conducted on two J703 conical raceway sine meters produced by different manufacturers to measure the angle of the conical raceway.The impact of the accuracy of the center distance L dimension of the sine meter on the measurement was verified,and requirements were put forward for the length of the sine meter of the J703 sine meter.The acceptance project for the newly manufactured J703 instrument was also improved.
