摘 要:快速准确获取芒果树种植数量,对果园产量估算、芒果树长势监测以及果树管理具有重要意义。针对传统方法很难实现大范围芒果树株数精确提取的问题,文中提出了基于无人机遥感影像提取株数的方法。以三亚市崖州区某芒果树种植园为研究区,利用无人机影像生成植被指数图,基于植被指数图、DSM和经过深度学习获取CAM图像三种方法,提取8个样本区芒果树的株数。研究表明,这三种方法的株数提取准确率、召回率、交并比都超过了97%,96%,94%;基于DSM的株数提取召回率最高,达到98.55%,遗漏的株数最少。文中提出DSM和DOM相结合的株数提取方法,去除了基于DSM非植被区提取的错误树株,将株数提取交并比提高了2.37%,达到98.30%,能够快速准确获取芒果树株,为芒果树及其他果树果园管理中的深度应用提供依据。Quickly and accurately obtaining the number of mango tree is of great significance to estimate the yield of fruit trees,monitor mango tree growth,and manage fruit tree.In response to the difficulty of accurately extracting the number of mango trees on a large area using traditional methods,this paper proposes a method based on unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing images to extract the number of trees.This article takes a mango tree plantation in Yazhou District,Sanya City as the research area.We used UAV images to generate vegetation index maps.Based on vegetation index maps,DSM,and CAM images obtained through deep learning,three methods were used to extract the number of mango trees in eight sample areas.Research has shown that the accuracy,recall,and Intersection over Union of plant number extraction using these three methods have all exceeded 97%,96%,and 94%,respectively.The recall rate of plant number extraction based on DSM is the highest,reaching 98.55%,with the least number of missed plants.This article proposes a plant number extraction method combining DSM and DOM,which removes erroneous trees extracted from non vegetation areas in plants based on DSM extraction.Intersection over Union of plant number extraction is increased by 2.37%,reaching 98.30%.It can quickly and accurately obtain mango trees,providing a basis for the deep application of mango trees and other fruit orchard management.
