摘　　要：设计一种针对热轧产线的时序数据体系建设方法,它是一套完整、规范、准确的数据体系。设计的数据体系主要根据数据信号区域、主从设备分类,再按照数据的内容进行细化,最后给出统一数据存储结构。该数据体系已在宁钢1780热轧厂上线投入使用,有效支撑了该产线各类热轧轧制异常问题分析业务,能准确还原每卷钢的轧制时序数据,有助于工艺模型人员在线实时分析轧制时序数据,具有提升实际生产效益的应用价值。A method of constructing complete,standardized and accurate time series data system for hot rolling production line is designed.The system is mainly classified according to data signal area,main and sub-equipment,and detailed according to the data content.Finally the unified data storage structure is given.The data system has been applied in Ningsteel 1780 hot rolling mill facilitating analysis of all kinds of hot rolling abnormal problems in the production line.It can accurately restore the rolling time series data of each roll steel,which helps process modelers to analyze the rolling time series data online and in real time,and has the application value of improving the actual production efficiency.
