摘 要:定位格架是核燃料组件“骨架”结构的重要构成部分,主要功能是夹持燃料棒和固定燃料棒的位置,因此定位格架在表面质量、尺寸特征等指标方面需满足较高要求。GH4169定位格架由外条带和多种内条带相互镶嵌组装后钎焊制成,条带表面质量直接决定定位格架表面质量和钎焊缝质量。条带需通过酸洗获得洁净表面和改善表面性能,为满足条带酸洗要求,开展了酸洗工艺研究。通过酸洗工艺流程设计及试验,确定了酸洗温度、酸洗时间等酸洗重要参数,最终确定了酸洗工艺流程。所制定的酸洗工艺经验证能获得满足要求的产品。The spacer grid is an important component of skeleton of fuel assembly,and its main functions are clamping fuel bundle and fixing the position of fuel bundle.Therefore the spacer grid is expected to reach high specifications on surface quality and external dimensions.GH4169 spacer grid structure consists of one outer strap and multiple inner straps,and the quality of the straps directly determines their surface quality and braze seam quality.The strap needs to be cleaned by pickling process to obtain a clean and qualified surface.In order to meet the requirements of strap pickling,the pickling process was studied in this work,which involves pickling process flow design and experiments,obtaining important parameters such as pickling temperature and pickling time,and final determination of the process flow.The proposed pickling process has been verified to achieve standard-qualified products.
