基于暂态录波型故障指示器的小电流接地系统双回线路异相接地分析

摘  要:10 kV配电设备运行环境日趋复杂,接地拉路查找故障点用时较长。当发生单相接地短路故障时,通过暂态录波型故障指示器合成的零序电压启动研判,再通过横向对比故障线路、非故障线路的零序电流大小和方向,纵向对比故障线路的零序电流大小和方向,进行故障线路、故障分支线路选线、选段,可提高故障查找效率。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建仿真模型,分析电网各节点三相电流、零序电流波形,同时在小电流接地系统双回线路异相接地实际故障中采集暂态录波型故障指示器实测波形,均有效验证了通过零序电压、零序电流研判故障的实用性。The operating environment of 10 kV distribution equipment is becoming more and more complex,and it takes a long time to locate the fault point.When the single-phase grounding short-circuit fault occurs,the zero sequence voltage is used to start the determination,and then faulty line and faulty branch line are selected by comparing size and direction of zero sequence current of faulty line and unfaulty line horizontally and comparing size and direction of zero sequence current of faulty line vertically.MATLAB/Simulink was used for modelling to analyze three-phase current and zero-sequence current waveform of each node in the power grid.Meanwhile,the measured waveform of the transient recording type fault indicator was collected from actual fault of out-of-phase grounding of double-circuit line,which effectively verified the practicability of fault detection by zero-sequence voltage and zero-sequence current.
