摘　　要：综合考虑海上多平台电力系统闭环设计开环运行方式的特点,采用基于频率修正的离散傅里叶算法(DFT)计算开环点LCB开关两侧不同频率母线电气量,并根据测量结果提出了事故情况下基于电源快速切换的合闸策略以及正常运行时多机组准同期的合闸策略。The present work comprehensively considering the characteristics of closed-loop design and open-loop operation mode of offshore multi-platform power system,calculated electrical quantities of different frequency buses on both sides of the open-loop point LCB switch by using frequency correction-based DFT algorithm.According to the measurement results,it proposes the closing strategy based on fast switching transfer in cases of accidents,and the closing strategy based on quasi-synchronization for multiple units under normal operation status.
