摘  要:线路参数测试是为调度短路电流计算、微机保护整定、潮流分布等推算提供基础数据而进行的测试。线路参数受环境温湿度、线路感应场强、土壤电阻率、线路施工工艺等诸多因素影响,因此线路参数必须实测才能得到较为准确的数据。同杆线路陪停线路参数测试新技术,降低了被测线路感应电压、感应电流,有效保证了试验人员在测试过程中的人身安全,但也产生了供电公司电网调度任务繁重、重要用电客户难协调、运维工作量加大等问题。为解决该问题,研发了人机隔离线路参数测试装置,优化了试验流程,实现了同杆线路不陪停线路参数测试的目标。Line parameter measurement is a work that provides basic data for scheduling short-circuit current calculation,microcomputer protection setting,and predicting power flow distribution.The line parameters are influenced by many factors such as environmental temperature and humidity,line induction field strength,soil resistivity,and construction process quality.Therefore line parameters must be measured accurately after the completion of line construction.The new technology for measuring line parameters enabling maintained supply of co-pole lines has reduced induced voltage and current of the tested line,effectively ensuring personnel safety during measurement process.However,it has also caused problems such as heavy power grid scheduling tasks for power supply companies,difficulty in coordinating important electricity customers,and increased workload in operation and maintenance.This paper aims to develop a human-machine isolated line parameter measurer to solve this problem,optimize measurement process,and achieve the goal of non-co-pole-interruption line parameters measurement.
