摘　　要：凝汽器是火电机组重要的换热设备,凝汽器真空是衡量煤电机组性能的关键指标,凝汽器管内清洁度是影响凝汽器真空的重要因素。海水冷却凝汽器易因海生物贝类的滋生蔓延而影响换热效果。基于此,介绍了一种新型的加药除贝装置,能够在线清洗时快速除去管内贝类,提高凝汽器管内清洁度,降低汽轮机热耗,维持机组理想真空,降低煤耗,达到了节能减排、环保经济的综合目的。The condenser is an important heat exchange facility in thermal power units.The vacuum of the condenser is a key indicator to measure the performance of coal-fired units,and the cleanliness of the condenser tube is an important factor affecting the condenser′s internal vacuum.The seawater cooling condenser is susceptible to growth and spread of marine organisms and shellfish,which can affect its heat transfer efficiency.This paper describes a new type of condenser online cleaning apparatus that contains an agent dosing and shellfish removal device.The device can quickly remove shellfish from condenser tube during online cleaning,improve cleanliness of the condenser tube,and maintain ideal internal vacuum and reduce heat consumption of steam turbine,and thereby facilitates coal consumption reduction,energy conservation,and emission reduction.
