摘 要:倒母操作和电容式电压互感器(CVT)停电检修时可能发生二次电压并列,如果某个CVT一次失电就会造成带电CVT通过异常并列回路向失电CVT反向充电的故障。这会引发电压回路电流剧增、空开跳闸,造成电压尽失进而导致保护拒动或误动、全站失压等。深入分析了二次反充电故障原理,对某变电站CVT反充电故障进行Simulink建模仿真,仿真结果与计算值一致,并总结了预防故障发生的有效措施。There may occur in substations secondary voltage parallelism during switching operation and capacitive voltage transformer(CVT)outage maintenance.A primary power loss of a CVT will cause a live CVT to charge in the opposite direction through an abnormal parallel circuit to the power-losing CVT.This will cause a sharp increase in voltage circuit current and air switch trips,and further an extensive voltage loss,resulting in improper action or inaction of protections and voltage loss of the whole station.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the principle of secondary reverse charging faults,and conducts Simulink modeling and simulation of CVT reverse charging faults in a certain substation whose result is consistent with calculated values.Moreover,effective measures to prevent this type of faults are summarized.
