摘 要:小电流接地是35 kV及以下电压等级配电网常见的故障类型,通常发生于线路设备。变电站内设备发生小电流接地故障的情况非常少见,容易被配网调控员和变电站值班员忽视,但其对电网造成的影响远大于线路设备小电流接地。为此,介绍了小电流接地的现象和处理流程,并通过分析一起变电站内设备小电流接地故障的事故情况和处理过程,提出针对变电站内设备小电流接地故障的处理要点和注意事项。Small current grounding is a common type of fault in 35 kV and lower-grade distribution networks,encountered usually by line equipment and quite rare by substation internal equipment,thus is easy to be ignored by distribution network controllers and substation watchmen.However,small current grounding faults of internal equipment impact far more seriously than those of line equipment on power grid.This paper outlines the phenomenon of small current grounding and the treatment process,and by analyzing accidental situation and treatment process of a small current grounding fault of internal equipment in an actual substation,it puts forward main points and precautions of handling this type of faults.
