加速青年群体性焦虑现象的透视、解析与引导

摘　　要：现代化的社会生活带来现代性的生活体验,焦虑成为加速时代青年代际的整体性情感症候,具体体现为时间失控焦虑、社会时钟焦虑、朋辈压力焦虑、社交孤独焦虑。社会加速运行背景下,社会的加速变迁加剧青年人生剧本的偶然性,现代社会时间的规范性和有限性加剧青年生活体验的紧迫感,媒介秩序的失控推动个体焦虑的社会蔓延,向上流动的主观渴望则提高青年对成长阈值的期待,这些内外因素共同构成加速青年群体性情感焦虑的基本生成机理。为引导加速青年走出焦虑,须从匡正思想观念、推动制度赋能、提升媒介素养以及深化自我认知入手,多方协同、精准施策,从而更好地帮助青年实现健康成长和健全发展。The modernized social life brings about modern life experiences,and anxiety becomes the overall emotional symptom of the youth generation in the accelerated era,specifically manifested as time out-of-control anxiety,social clock anxiety,peer pressure anxiety,and social loneliness anxiety.Against the background of social acceleration,the accelerated changes in society intensify the randomness of the life script of young people,the normative and limited nature of time in modern society intensifies the urgency of youth life experience,the loss of control of the media order promotes the social spread of individual anxiety,and the subjective desire for upward mobility increases the expectations of young people for the growth threshold.These internal and external factors together constitute the basic generation mechanism for accelerating of the group emotional anxiety of youth.To guide accelerated youth out of anxiety,it is necessary to start from correcting ideological concepts,promoting system empowerment,improving media literacy,and deepening self-cognition,coordinate multiple parties,and implement precise policies,so as to better help young people achieve healthy growth and sound development.
