双重正义视域下高校勤工助学的育人向度与实施策略

摘　　要：基于分配正义的学生资助体系在促进教育公平和实现教育机会均等化方面发挥了重要作用,同时面临着资源配置弱化、边际效用递减和权利与义务失衡等困境。将关系正义理论融入新时代学生资助体系,有利于资助育人的模式创新、政策转型和角色转变等。勤工助学作为我国学生资助体系中的重要组成部分,其蕴含的育人价值尚未被充分重视和发现。从分配正义与关系正义双重视域下探寻高校勤工助学顶层设计、体系构建、创新发展等方面的实施策略,彰显尊重、平等和关怀的资助育人理念。Based on distributive justice,the student aid system has played an important role in promoting educational fairness and achieving equalization of educational opportunities,while facing the dilemmas of weakened resource allocation,diminishing marginal utility,and imbalance of rights and obligations.Integrating relational justice theory into the student aid system in the new era is conducive to the innovation of aid education model,policy transformation,and role change.As an important part of China's student aid system,the educational value of work-study programs has not been fully recognized and discovered.From the dual perspective of distributive justice and relational justice,this paper explores the implementation strategies of top-level design,system construction,and innovative development of work-study programs in universities,highlighting the aid education concept of respect,equality,and care.
