摘  要:以应用型本科专业自我评估为切入点,探索新质人才培养路径。构建服务新质人才的全生命周期本科专业自我评估体系,介绍了专业萌芽期、成长期、成熟初期、成熟后期与衰退期等五个阶段的评估重点。以数据为中心,定期评估与常态监测互为双翼,开展了本科专业自我评估的实践探索,完善校级质量监控与评估制度,形成专业建设质量持续改进的闭环机制,促进专业结构动态优化调整的良性循环。数据显示:本科专业建设成效显著,提升了专业培养新质人才的整体水平。Taking the self-evaluation of application-oriented undergraduate majors as the breakthrough point,this paper constructs a whole life-cycle self-evaluation system for undergraduate majors to cultivate new quality talents,and introduces the key points of evaluation in the five stages:major germination,growth,early maturity,late maturity and decline.With data as the center,regular evaluation and normal monitoring are two wings of each other,the practice and exploration of undergraduate specialty self-evaluation are carried out,which promotes the improvement of university-level quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism,and forms a closed-loop mechanism of continuous improvement of specialty construction quality and a virtuous circle of dynamic optimization and adjustment of specialty structure.The data show that undergraduate specialty construction has achieved remarkable results,and the overall level of specialty training of new quality talents has been improved.
