摘 要:近年来动车组和电力机车电传动系统由于功率大、安装空间有限等特点,使其逆变器功率器件的开关频率通常会被限制在几百赫兹,导致逆变器在中高速区载波比会降得很低,载波比的降低使得输出电压和电流中谐波含量大为增加,引起电机损耗增加、温升升高、机械噪声等,因此低载波比下的脉宽调制技术逐渐成为大功率动车组逆变器控制的重要技术之一。为了降低低载波比下输出电压和电流的谐波含量,众多学者从不同角度提出了多种优化调制方式以及实现方法,其中电流谐波最小PWM(CHMPWM)以总谐波电流最小化为控制目标,通过降低总谐波电流,使电流谐波损耗、电磁转矩脉动、电流冲击等多方面的性能得以优化,从而提高动车组牵引电机的控制效果。文章阐述了动车组逆变器CHMPWM的工作原理,并对CHMPWM的开关角进行了求解,提出了基于CHMPWM的动车组全车速调制策略,在CR200J型动力集中动车组电传动系统平台上进行了CHMPWM与中间60°调制方式的对比试验,试验结果验证了CHMPWM调制技术能有效降低电流谐波含量。In recent years,due to the high power and limited installation space of the electric drive system of EMU and electric locomotive,the switching frequency of the inverter power device is usually limited to several hundred hertz,which leads to the low carrier ratio of the inverter in the middle and high speed region.The reduction of the carrier wave ratio makes the harmonic content in the output voltage and current increase greatly,resulting in the increase of the motor loss,the increase of the temperature rise and the mechanical noise.Therefore,the pulse width modulation technology under low carrier wave ratio has gradually become one of the important technologies for the inverter control of high power EMU.In order to reduce the harmonic content of output voltage and current under low carrier wave ratio,many scholars have proposed a variety of optimal modulation methods and implementation methods from different views.Among them,the minimum current harmonic PWM(CHMPWM)takes the minimum total harmonic current as the control target.By reducing the total harmonic current,the performance of current harmonic loss,electromagnetic torque ripple,current impact and other aspects can be optimized,so as to improve the control effect of EMU traction motor.In this paper,the working principle of CHMPWM for EMU inverter is described,and the switching angle of CHMPWM is solved.The full speed modulation strategy of EMU based on CHMPWM is proposed.The comparison test of CHMPWM and intermediate 60°modulation mode is carried out on the electric drive system platform of CR200 J power centralized EMU.The test results verify that CHMPWM modulation technology can effectively reduce the current harmonic content.
