摘　　要：某地铁列车网络故障诊断系统对司机和维修人员快速、精准地了解车辆运行状态,及时排除车辆存在的故障和危险工况,保障车辆安全运营至关重要。文章从列车网络系统概述、故障诊断体系、接口需求、诊断服务软件开发及试验验证等方面,对某地铁车辆的列车网络故障诊断系统进行了全面阐述。通过故障属性个性化自定义、故障状态实时显示、历史故障查询及对相关车辆运行状态数据的下载和分析等手段,大大提高了相关人员解决故障的能力和效率。A certain Metro train network fault diagnosis system is very important for drivers and maintenance personnel to quickly and accurately understand the running status of vehicles,rule out the faults and dangerous working conditions of vehicles in time,and ensure the safe operation of vehicles.In this paper,the train network fault diagnosis system for a certain metro vehicles is comprehensively described from the aspects of train network system overview,fault diagnosis system,interface requirements,diagnosis service software development and test verification.By means of personalized customization of fault attributes,real time display of fault status,historical fault query and downloading and analysis of related vehicle running status data,the ability and efficiency of relevant personnel to solve faults are greatly improved.
