摘　　要：简要描述了某国国内的铁路情况,叙述了某出口集装箱平车的装箱工况、主要特点、主要性能参数及尺寸和主要结构,详细介绍了该车的关键技术创新以及试验仿真情况,并对起吊作业、装箱及卸箱作业的流程及注意事项进行了重点描述,以提醒使用者在作业过程中严格执行操作事宜。This paper briefly describes the railway situation in some country,introduces the loading condition,main features,main performance parameters and dimensions and main structure of container flat cars exported to the country presents in detail the key technological innovations of the cars as well as the test simulation,and focuses on the process and precautions for the lifting,loading and unloading operations,in order to remind the users of the strict implementation of operation matters.
