摘 要:随着双层集装箱平车车体轻量化要求的进一步提高,车体振动模态频率较传统平车有所降低,这对车辆系统动力学性能带来了一定影响。为了评估车体振动模态对车辆系统动力学性能的影响,文章以32.5t轴重的凹底双层集装箱平车为研究对象,采用NUCARS软件建立了刚-柔耦合动力学仿真模型,按照AAR标准中的蛇行稳定性、圆曲线性能、缓和曲线性能、扭转和侧滚、点头和浮沉以及动态曲线性能等动力学工况的计算要求,在考虑柔性和纯刚体2种车体条件下进行了计算对比分析,为双层集装箱平车动力学性能计算分析提供了参考。With the further improvement of lightweight requirements of the double-deck container flat carbody,the vibration modal frequency of the carbody is lower than that of the traditional flat car,which has a certain impact on the dynamic performance of the car system.In order to evaluate the influence of carbody vibration modes on the dynamic performance of car system,this paper takes the concave bottom double-deck container flat car with 32.5 t axle load as the research object,establishes rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation model by NUCARS software.According to the calculation requirements of AAR standard for dynamic conditions such as hunting stability,circular curve performance,transition curve performance,twist and roll,pitch and vertical performance,and dynamic curve performance,this paper carries out a comparative analysis of the calculations under the consideration of two kinds of carbody conditions,namely,flexible body and rigid body,providing reference for the calculation and analysis of dynamic performance of double-deck container flat carbody.
