摘  要:聚氨酯发泡作为铁路冷链运输装备制造最为核心的关键工序和最为复杂的特殊过程,直接影响产品的隔热性能及制造成本。文章介绍了无损检测的技术现状,重点阐述了电磁导波检测技术试验平台、信号采集方式及其在现场的应用情况等。聚氨酯发泡无损检测技术在发泡产品生产中的成功应用,实现了传统发泡检测工艺与新一代仿真技术的深度融合,并且降低了检测成本,提高了公司效益。Polyurethane foam,as the core key process and the most complex special process in railway cold chain transportation equipment manufacturing,directly affects the thermal insulation performance and manufacturing cost of products.This paper introduces the present situation of non-destructive testing technology,and emphatically expounds the test platform of electromagnetic guided wave testing technology,signal acquisition mode and its application in the field.The successful application of polyurethane foam non-destructive testing technology in the production of foam products has realized the deep integration of traditional foam testing technology and new generation simulation technology,and reduced the testing cost and improved the company’s benefits.
