摘 要:四川盆地二叠系茅口组过平衡钻井液渗滤污染严重,对深穿透射孔、酸压工艺、压井堵漏等试气施工关键技术提出了更高要求。通过对射孔枪弹、射孔液、射孔引爆方式进行优化,同时,通过全岩矿物溶蚀实验、排量预测研究,优化了酸压工艺、堵漏浆配方及压井堵漏方法,形成了超深穿透射孔、酸压、压井堵漏等系列关键工艺技术,满足了缝洞体储层试气技术需求。现场应用6口井/8层,均获得了工业气流,单层试气周期平均缩短9 d,实现了四川盆地二叠系海相碳酸盐岩茅口组气藏“1”字号井的勘探突破。该技术为同类型储层试气施工提供了技术参考。In the Sichuan basin,severe filtration contamination from overbalanced drilling fluids in the Permian Maokou formation poses significant challenges for critical gas testing technologies such as deep penetration perforation,acid fracturing,well control,and leakage prevention.By optimizing perforation gun charges,perforation fluids,and detonation methods,as well as through comprehensive whole-rock mineral dissolution experiments and displacement prediction studies,the acid fracturing processes,leak prevention slurry formulations,and well control and leakage prevention techniques were optimized,and a series of advanced technologies including ultra-deep penetration perforation,acid fracturing,well control,and leakage prevention were developed,which meet the technical require-ments for gas testing in fractured-vuggy reservoirs.Field applications in six wells across eight layers have yielded industrial gas flows,with the average single-layer testing period reduced by nine days,which realized a significant breakthrough in the exploration of Wells“1”in the marine carbonate gas reservoirs in Permian Maokou formation in the Sichuan basin.These technologies provide a valuable technical reference for gas testing operations in similar reservoirs.
