摘　　要：中国海岸带地处资源密集区、人口密集区和经济密集区,资源保护与开发涉及生态、经济、社会各个层面。文章以中国海岸带资源保护与开发的高质量发展为出发点,分析了推动海岸带资源保护与开发高质量发展的意义、发展思路和战略对策,提出了在海岸带资源保护与开发过程中要始终坚持以习近平生态文明思想做指导,从战略高度和全局角度制定发展对策,系统把握海岸带资源保护和合理开发的相互关系,科学合理可持续的推动海岸带开发与综合管理,促进海岸带资源由可持续发展向高质量发展迈进。China coastal zone is located in resource-intensive,population-intensive and economic-intensive areas,and the protection and development of resources involves ecological,economic and social levels.Based on the high-quality development of China's coastal resources protection and development,this paper analyzes the significance,development ideas and strategic countermeasures of promoting the high-quality development of coastal resources protection and development,and puts forward that in the process of coastal resources protection and development,we should always adhere to Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought as the guide,formulate development countermeasures from a strategic and overall perspective,systematically grasp the relationship between coastal resources protection and rational development,scientifically promote coastal resources development and comprehensive management,and promote the transformation of coastal resources from sustainable development to high-quality development.
