摘　　要：随着社会需求的转变,文化旅游产业迅速发展,人们越来越追求返璞归真的农村生活,乡村民宿得以快速发展。然而,在乡村民宿不断发展的过程中也出现了不少的问题。以湖南省长沙市周边30家乡村民宿为研究样本,从916名入住顾客的体验值和期望值出发进行IPA分析,找出促进乡村民宿发展的动力、制约乡村民宿发展的内在决定因素,以期为民宿推动乡村振兴提供更为有用的精准信息,助推乡村民宿高质量发展,实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接。With the change of social needs and the rapid development of cultural tourism industry,people are increasingly pursuing a return to the pristine rural life,and rural homestays have developed rapidly.However,there are many problems in the process of the continuous development of rural homestays.Taking 30 rural homestays around Changsha City,Hunan Province as research samples,IPA analysis was carried out based on the experience value and expectation of 916 customers to find out the driving force to promote the development of rural homestays and the internal determinants to restrict the development of rural homestays,with a view to providing more useful and accurate information for homestays to promote rural revitalization and boost the high-quality development of rural homestays.We will effectively link our achievements in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
