摘  要:青藏高原红景天属植物因其独特且丰富的药用成分,具有多种药用功效,是中国传统中草药和藏药中的常用药材。然而,滥采滥挖的现象威胁着这一宝贵资源,严重破坏了生态环境,影响了藏药资源的可持续利用。研究综述了青藏高原红景天属植物的资源现状、代谢物及其药用活性、基因组以及内生菌的相关研究,旨在全面了解其药用潜力与生态特征。针对目前资源利用状况提出相应的保护策略,为青藏高原红景天属植物的可持续发展提供科学依据。High-altitude Rhodiola plants on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,renowned for their unique and abundant medicinal components,are commonly used in traditional Chinese and Tibetan medicine.However,the widespread issue of overharvesting poses a significant threat to this valuable resource,resulting in severe ecological damage and impacting the sustainable utilization of Tibetan medicinal resources.This study provides a comprehensive review of the resource status,metabolites and their medicinal properties,genomics,and research related to endophytic fungi in Rhodiola plants on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The aim is to gain a thorough understanding of their medicinal potential and ecological characteristics.In response to the current state of resource utilization,corresponding conservation strategies are proposed,intending to offer a scientific basis for the sustainable development of Rhodiola plants on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
