摘 要:本研究结合珠江三角洲溶解氧综合调控工作的需求,以决策支持系统结构为理论框架,借助地理信息系统、数据库、模型等工具设计开发了珠江三角洲典型河段溶解氧综合管理决策支持平台。平台通过动态的图表展示珠三角重点断面溶解氧水平及其影响机理,通过模型集成实现珠三角重点断面低溶解氧滚动预报和预警,对预报可能出现的低氧问题提出精准控源、生态修复、水资源配置、闸坝调度等综合调控措施,并预测调控方案的溶解氧提升效果,为珠三角河网区的溶解氧达标提供技术支撑。In order to meet the requirement of dissolved oxygen control in the Pearl River Delta,Decision Support Platform for Comprehensive Management of Dissolved Oxygen in Typical Reaches of the Pearl River Delta was designed and developed based on the structure of the decision support system using tools such as geographic information systems,databases,and models.The platform displayed the dissolved oxygen level of key sections in the Pearl River Delta and its impact mechanism using dynamic charts.It realized the rolling forecast and early warning of low dissolved oxygen in key sections of the Pearl River Delta through model integration.Comprehensive control measures such as precise source control,ecological restoration,water resource allocation,and sluice dispatching for possible low oxygen problems in the forecast can be proposed,and the effect of the measures on the concentration of dissolved oxygen can be predicted.The platform can provide technical support for meeting the dissolved oxygen standards in the Pearl River Delta river network area.
