摘　　要：以二嗪磷和氯噻啉为有效成分配制成5%颗粒剂。试验通过对不同分散剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、pH调节剂、载体等的筛选,得到最佳配方。4%二嗪磷折百+1%氯噻啉折百+0.2%环氧大豆油+0.2%三乙醇胺+0.2%SP-OF3498D+0.4%500#+0.4%1601+凹凸棒土补足至100%。试验结果表明,该配方产品热储[(54±2)℃]分解率<5%,其余各项指标符合颗粒剂的标准要求。In this paper,a granule(GR)formulation product containing 5%diazinon and imidaclothiz was developed.The optimal formulation was obtained through experiment involving dispersing agents,emulsifiers,stabilizing agent,pH regulators,carrier,as follows:4%diazinon,1%imidaclothiz,0.2%SP-OF3498D,0.4%500#,0.4%1601,5%epoxidized soybean oil,0.3%triethanolamine,and vertisol making up to 100%.The test results showed that the decomposition rate of active ingredients during accelerated storage[(54±2)℃]was less than 5%,and other parameters of the product met the requirements for GR formulation.
