摘  要:为满足不同类型的液位计检定需求,研制了一套多功能液位计检定装置。该装置的量程为0~2 000 mm(MPE=0.35 mm),分辨力为0.01 mm。装置主要由摄像头、不锈钢水箱、被检液位计法兰、钢直尺和压力标准器组成,并采用组态软件编写了上位机,实现了液位计检定的自动化。装置可通过4~20 mA电信号采集,显示液位示值,输出的范围为0~2 500 mm。经过不确定度评定,在测量范围内,该液位计检定装置液位示值的扩展不确定度为0.12 mm(k=2),输出电信号的扩展不确定度为4.0×10^(-3)mA(k=2),可以达到接触式液位计检测要求。To meet the calibration needs of different types of liquid level measuring devices,the team develops a liquid level measuring devices calibration device based on the camera method,with a range of 0-2000 mm(MPE=0.35 mm)and a resolution of 0.01 mm.This device is mainly composed of camera,stainless steel tank,flange of the inspected level measuring devices,steel straightedge,and adopts the configuration software to design the upper computer,which realizes the automation of level meter calibration.In the calibration of the liquid level meter with signal output function can be converted by 4-20 mA electrical signal to display the liquid level indication value,the output range spans from 0 to 2500 millimeters.After uncertainty evaluation,in the measurement range,the extended uncertainty of the liquid level indication value of the level measuring devices calibration device is 0.12 mm(k=2),and the extended uncertainty of the output electrical signal is 4.0×10^(-3) mA(k=2),which can detect the contact level meter with the accuracy class.
