摘 要:对邻苯二甲酸氢钾低电导率标准物质定值过程中各个环节影响因素进行分析,评估各影响因素的不确定度贡献,并探究低量程电导率标准物质的适用范围。结果表明,量值为6.02μS/cm的邻苯二甲酸氢钾低电导率标准物质相对扩展不确定度为1.5%(k=2),定值设备校准溯源引入的不确定度分量是导致标准物质量值不确定度较大的主要原因,稳定性次之。不确定度与1.0级电导率仪的最大允许误差之比小于三分之一,符合1.0级及以下量程在2~20μS/cm电导率仪的校准需求。This paper analyzes the influencing factors of each link in the setting process,evaluates the contribution of uncertainty of each influencing factor,and explores the scope of application of of potassium hydrogen phthalate with low conductivity.The results show that the relative extended uncertainty of 6.02μS/cm potassium hydrogen phthalate with low conductivity reference material is 1.5%(k=2).The uncertainty component introduced by the calibration traceability of fixed value equipment is the main reason for the large uncertainty of standard solution value,followed by the stability.The ratio of uncertainty to the maximum allowable error of class 1.0 conductivity meter is less than onethird,which meets the calibration requirements of class 1.0 and below conductivity meter with measuring range of 2-20μS/cm.
