摘  要:为了提高检测效率,对酸洗石棉法和微孔滤膜法测定偏硅酸钠中水不溶物含量进行了比较和探讨,通过测定结果及过程处理可以看出,微孔滤膜法在确保准确度的前提下,大大提高了工作效率,检测用时较短,操作简便,结果重复性好,值得应用推广。并对检测过程中注意事项进行归纳总结,确保操作符合规范要求,保证检测结果的准确性。微孔滤膜法测定水不溶物的绝对差值最大为0.003%,符合行业标准中两次平行测定结果的绝对差值不大于0.01%的要求。In order to improve the detection efficiency,this paper compares and discusses the determination of water-insoluble matter in sodium metasilicate by pickling asbestos method and microporous filtration membrane method.It can be seen from the process treatment and measurement results that microporous filtration membrane method greatly improves the work efficiency on the premise of ensuring the accuracy.The detection time is short,the operation is simple,and the results are good in repeatability,which is worthy of application and promotion.And the precautions in the testing process are summarized to ensure that the operation meets the standard requirements and ensure the accuracy of the test results.The absolute difference of the microporous membrane method for the determination of water insoluble matter is up to 0.003%,which meets the requirements of the industry standard that the absolute difference of the two parallel determination results is not more than 0.01%.
