摘  要:采取2010—2021年我国各省域非竞争型投入产出表与世界各经济体投入产出数据,构建多尺度非竞争型投入产出模型量化数字化投入水平、NVC与GVC嵌入度以及碳排放强度的测量指标,验证了中国各省域制造业双重价值链嵌入度、碳排放强度的空间自相关性,使用SDM模型对比了我国各省域的NVC与GVC嵌入度对碳排放强度的影响效应,并使用非线性调节效应模型来研究数字化投入的调节作用。研究结果表明,我国各省域制造业GVC、NVC嵌入度与碳排放强度呈现高-高、低-低聚集的正向关联模式,NVC与GVC嵌入总体降低了我国各省域的制造业碳排放强度,并且最为显著地、最长时间地降低了我国京津冀及北部、东部地区的制造业碳排放强度,该效应对东部、东北部邻近地区具有正向溢出作用。基于同一个测量框架,大部分区域NVC嵌入度的碳减排效应较GVC的更高,提升GVC嵌入度对发达国家制造业降低碳排放强度的影响较发展中国家更大。数字化投入能够正向调节双重价值链嵌入对碳排放强度的影响,使前者对后者的倒U形曲线趋于平缓。实现我国制造业“双碳”目标,应遵循更高水平的开放,提升双重价值链嵌入度并重视数字化投入。This paper takes the non-competitive input-output table of China’s provinces and regions and the input-output data of the world’s economies in the period of 2010-2021 to construct a multi-scale input-output model and the measurement indexes to quantify the level of digitalized inputs,the embeddedness of NVC and GVC as well as the intensity of carbon emission.It has verified the spatial autocorrelation of the embeddedness of the manufacturing dual value chain and carbon emission intensity in each province in China,compared the effects of NVC and GVC embeddedness on carbon emission intensity using the SDM model,and used the nonlinear moderating effect model to study the moderating effect of digitized inputs.The results show that the GVC and NVC embeddedness of manufacturing industries in China’s provinces and regions show a positive correlation pattern of high-high and low-low aggregation with carbon emission intensity.The overall embedding of NVC and GVC has reduced the carbon emission intensity of manufacturing industries in various provinces across China,with the most significant and longest-lasting reductions occurring in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the northern and eastern parts of the country,and the effect has a positive spillover effect on the adjacent areas in the eastern and northeastern regions.Based on the same measurement framework,the carbon reduction effect of NVC embeddedness is higher than that of GVC in most regions,and increasing GVC embeddedness has a greater impact on reducing the carbon intensity of manufacturing in developed countries than that in developing countries.Digital investment can positively moderate the impact of dual value chain embedding on carbon emission intensity,making the inverted U-curve between the former and the latter flatter.To achieve China’s“dual carbon”goals in manufacturing,we should follow a higher level of openness,enhance the dual value chain embedding degree,and pay attention to digital investment.
