摘  要:为探究我国沿海港口群效率,运用三阶段SBM模型对2012—2021年我国沿海五大港口群效率进行测度分析。结果表明:选取的4个环境变量对港口群效率影响明显,改善外部环境条件可以有效提升港口群效率;在剔除外部干扰因素的影响后,港口群效率排名由高到低为长三角港口群、西南沿海港口群、环渤海港口群、珠三角港口群、东南沿海港口群,其中长三角港口群是唯一达到效率前沿面的港口群。港口群内部港口发展不协调,效率值参差不齐,需要明确港口功能定位、优化港口资源配置和加快港口整合以提升港口群效率。In order to explore the efficiency of coastal port groups in China,the three-stage slacks-based measure(SBM) model is used to measure the efficiency of five major coastal port groups in China from 2012 to 2021.The results show that:the 4 selected environmental variables have obvious effects on the efficiency of port groups,and the improvement of external environmental conditions can effectively improve the efficiency of port groups;after excluding the influence of external interference factors,the efficiency ranking of port groups from high to low is the Yangtze River Delta port group,the southwest coastal port group,the Bohai Rim port group,the Pearl River Delta port group and the southeast coastal port group,among which the Yangtze River Delta port group is the only port group that reaches the efficiency frontier.The development of ports within a port group is uncoordinated and the efficiency values are uneven,so it is necessary to clarify the positioning of port functions,optimize the allocation of port resources and accelerate port integration to improve the efficiency of port groups.
