延续性护理对透明质酸注射美容后不良反应的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对透明质酸注射美容后不良反应的影响。方法以2022年1月至2023年1月行透明质酸注射美容的80例患者为对象,随机分为两组,每组各40例,对照组予以常规护理,试验组展开延续性护理,对比两组自我效能评分、不良反应发生率及美观度评分。结果试验组自我效能评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率5.00%,对照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组褶皱/凹陷程度与形态评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理可提升透明质酸注射美容患者自我效能,减少不良反应,提升美容效果,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous care on the adverse reactions after cosmetic injection of hyaluronic acid.Methods A total of 80 patients who received hyaluronic acid injection for cosmetic treatment from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups according to computer digital table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given continuous care.The selfefficacy score,incidence of adverse reactions,the aesthetic scores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-efficacy score in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the aesthetic scores in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the self-efficacy of patients with hyaluronic acid injection,thus reducing adverse reactions and improving the cosmetic effect,which is worth promoting.
