摘 要:数字作为生产要素对实体经济的影响已变得愈发重要,数字经济已成为衡量一国经济发展水平的重要指标。将数据要素与经济增长质量纳入一个分析框架,并进行行业层面的实证研究。结果表明,数据要素嵌入可以促进行业TFP的提升。进一步研究发现,数据要素嵌入存在区域和行业异质性,沿海地区相较于其他地区,数据要素嵌入带来的发展红利更加强劲,对行业TFP提升作用更大。低、高技术制造业和生产性服务业的数据要素嵌入对行业TFP具有较强的提升作用。因此,推动数字经济产业化对于提升国民经济增长质量,提升产业发展新动能具有重要意义。The impact of digital as a production factor on the real economy has become increasingly important,and the digital economy has become an important indicator of measuring a country s economic development level.This paper incorporates data elements and the quality of economic growth into an analytical framework and conducts empirical research at the industry level.The results show that embedding data elements can promote the improvement of industry total factor productivity(TFP).Further research reveals that there is regional and industrial heterogeneity in the embedding of data elements,with coastal areas experiencing stronger development dividends from data element embedding compared to other regions,leading to a greater impact on industry TFP improvement.The embedding of data elements in low-and high-tech manufacturing industries and productive service industries has a strong positive effect on industry TFP.Therefore,promoting the industrialization of the digital economy is of great significance for enhancing the quality of national economic growth and promoting new momentum for industrial development.
