农业科技企业知识资本的内涵、形态及运行研究

摘　　要：知识经济背景下,知识资本已成为企业的一项重要生产要素,知识资本的投入和积累是企业技术创新的前提和基础,对企业技术创新起着重要的推动作用。农业科技企业是乡村振兴战略的重要参与者,也是农业科技创新的关键主体之一。以农业科技企业为研究对象,采用定性分析法,在总结企业知识资本的内涵、特点及形态的基础上,梳理和分析农业科技企业知识资本的3个维度在企业内的运行。研究表明,知识资本的3个维度均对农业科技企业技术创新有重要影响,并阐述了农业科技企业如何通过提升知识资本水平促进企业技术创新,为未来进行更深入研究提供参考。In the context of the knowledge economy,knowledge capital has become an important factor of production for enterprises.The investment and accumulation of knowledge capital are the prerequisite and foundation of enterprise technological innovation,and play an important role in promoting enterprise technological innovation.Agricultural technology enterprises are important participants in the rural revitalization strategy and one of the key subjects of agricultural technology innovation.This study takes agricultural technology enterprises as the research objects,summarizes the connotation,characteristics,and forms of enterprise knowledge capital,and analyzes the operation of the three dimensions of knowledge capital in agricultural technology enterprises.The research shows that,the three dimensions of knowledge capital have important influence on technological innovation of agricultural technology enterprises;it also states how the agricultural technology enterprises can promote enterprise technological innovation through improving the level of knowledge capital for reference in further study in the future.
