摘　　要：晋陕蒙金三角榆林段处于黄土高原关键地带,属中国“两屏三带”生态安全格局的重要组成部分,新生代以来发生的差异上升为主的新构造运动是区内根本的大地构造背景和源动力,是引起水土流失等生态地质问题的基本地质条件。该地区以其独特的自然地理环境和活跃的新构造运动,叠加风力、水力、重力、冻融等外动力及采矿等人为工程活动,共同塑造并约束了黄土高原典型生态格局和地貌景观。The Yulin section of the Jin-Shaan-Inner Mongolia Golden Triangle Area is located in the key zone of the Loess Plateau,which is an important part of China's"two screens and three belts"ecological security pattern.The neotectonic movement that has occurred since the Cenozoic Era,which is dominated by the differential uplift,is the fundamental geotectonic background and the source of driving force,and is the basic geological condition that gives rise to the ecological and geologic problems of soil erosion.The region's unique natural geography and active neotectonic movements,combined with external forces such as wind,water,gravity,freezing and thawing,as well as man-made engineering activities such as mining,have jointly shaped and constrained the typical ecological and geomorphological landscape of the Loess Plateau.
