摘  要:心脏结构和功能的正常对人体机能活动至关重要。本文从离子通道机制、神经机制以及代谢紊乱机制出发,综述相关中药对心脏的毒理作用,发现吴茱萸和山豆根通过抑制钾通道活性,香加皮、蟾酥和夹竹桃通过抑制Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATP酶活性,洋金花和天仙子通过降低迷走神经作用,麻黄通过增强交感神经兴奋性,甘草通过抑制皮质醇降解,砒霜、附子、川乌、草乌、雪上一枝蒿和雷公藤通过增强氧化能力和降低抗氧化能力发挥心脏毒性作用。The normal structure and function of the heart are vital to human functional activities.Based on the mechanism of ion channel,neural mechanism and metabolic disorder mechanism,this paper has reviewed the toxicological effects of Chinese herbal medicine on the heart and found that cardiotoxic effects were exerted through various ways.Fructus Evodiae and Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis exerts its cardiotoxic effects through inhibiting the activity of potassium channel;Cortex Periplocae,Venenum Bufonis,and Nerium indicum Mill through inhibiting Na(+)/K(+)-ATPase activity;Flos Daturae and Semen Hyoscyami by reducing vagus nerve function;Herba Ephedrae by enhancing sympathetic nerve excitability;Radix Glycyrhizae by inhibiting the degradation of cortisol;arsenic trioxide,Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata,Radix Aconiti,Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix,Aconiti Brachypodi Radix,and Tripterygii Wilfordii Radix by enhancing oxidative capacity and reducing antioxidant capacity.
