从“滴水成画”和超疏水“水泵”认识表面能

摘　　要：利用绿色能源替代化石燃料是实现“碳中和”目标的重要途经.与风能和太阳能类似,表面能也是一种高度分散的能量,其利用和转换引起了人们的关注.本实验利用“滴水成画”展示马兰戈尼效应,利用超疏水“水泵”展示表面的亲疏水性能,通过游戏和自己动手实验,可直观地认识表面能,观察表面能与动能和重力势能相互转化的过程,展示表面能与生活的紧密联系,以及表面能为人类生活带来的便利和危害.The elimination of fossil-fuel from life is an important approach to achieve the carbon-neutral aim.Like wind and solar energy,surface energy is a kind of highly dispersed energy.The application and the conversion of surface energy receives more and more attention.In this work,the Marangoni effect and the hydrophilic or hydrophobic properties are known by the"ink-painting formed by drops of water"and the superhydrophobic"pump".Through the game and the experiments,the surface energy will be deep understood.People will realize how the surface energy converts to either kinetic energy or gravitational potential energy.The relationship between the surface energy and life,and the convenience or inconvenience of the surface energy is also exhibited.
