摘　　要：面对日益复杂的国内国际形势,高校学生党团建设显得愈发重要。高校辅导员是开展学生党团建设和思想政治教育的基层骨干力量,充分发挥他们的政治引领力,对于落实立德树人根本任务、提高辅导员职业发展能力具有重要作用。目前高校学生党团建设活动在组织方式、党建团建协同、外部环境等方面存在一些问题,辅导员政治引领力作用的发挥也不平衡、不充分。充分发挥辅导员政治引领力作用,应加强培训和实践锻炼,全面提升辅导员的政治引领力在高校党团建设中的效度;划清工作职能边界,全面提升辅导员的政治引领力在高校党团建设中的深度,注重深入一线精准指导;全面提升辅导员的政治引领力在高校党团建设中的力度。Faced with the increasingly complex domestic and international situation,the construction of student Party organizations in universities has become increasingly important.College counselors are grassroots backbone forces in carrying out student Party and Youth League construction and ideological and political education.They fully exert their political guidance and play an important role in implementing the fundamental task of moral education and improving the career development ability of counselors.Some problems are present in college student Party and Youth League construction such as the mode of activity organization,collaboration between Party and Youth League construction and external environment.Besides,imbalance and insufficiency can be found in the exertion of the role of counselors in political guidance.Therefore,more training and practice are necessary for counselors to implement their political guidance more effectively.Counselors should be aware of the range of their duty and offer targeted guidance at the front of Party and Youth League construction.More stress should be laid on the political guidance of counselors in Party and Youth League construction.
